Description:Sit on your butt with your feet off the ground and grabbing the kettlebell with both hands. Start with the kettlebell just above the outer side of one of your hips. Look foward throughout the move, keep your core braced. Then pull the kettlebell across your body until it’s just above the outer side of your other hip. Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions.
